Why we’ve constructed the factory to face the struggles that the country passing through which led to an enormous rising of the prices of the exported products, so we had to establish a high international quality of local manufacturing of the products from bolts and screws, and to change the image of Egyptian made products to compete with international qualities, opening a new market for the middle east and Africa to export outside our region.

Egypt Bolts is a factory that provides wide variety of steel bolts with different sizes, weights and shapes dealing with a lot of industries like home appliances manufacturers, electrical components and drywall ceilings.

Factory Productivity: 4000 to 5000 ton per year

Factory specifications and area: It’s split into 2 workshops combining to form a total area of 5500 m2

Heat treatment which includes pre-heading by (annealing furnace) and post-heading by (quenching furnace)
Wire drawing
Heading and threading
Surface treatment by electro-zinc plating and black oxide
